General
Each cadet is respossible for knowing and following the standards of grooming and uniform wear established here, and by the Cheif of Naval Education and Trainin in the currant eddition of the Cadet Feild Manual. Since this chapter provides some special rules that are observed at Miami Beach Sr. High, it should be followed in the event of disagreement with the cadet feild manual.

Discipline is an essential part of an effective drill team, insubordination will not be tolerated. Attendance at practice is critical part therefore;attendance requirements must be adhered. Poor attendance to a scheduald eventis grounds to loose varsity letter eligibility.

Enrollment
Naval Science 1
Most likely it would be in your freshman year. This is your first year in the program and you are in the process of learning how to become a leader.
Naval Science 2
Most likely it would be in your sophmore year. This would be your second year in the program and here is when you start gaining responsabilities as a basic leader.
Naval Science 3
Most likely it would be during your junior year. This would be your third year in the progam and at this point you are in charge of cadets and NJROTC activities. Also after 2 years of hard work have finally become a leader.
Naval Science 4
Most likely it would be during your senior year. This Would be your fourth and last year. Most likely you would be and officer and have become a senior leader. You will be using all the skills that you have earn in the NJROTC program, to get far in life and continue as a leader.
Rules of conduct in Uniform.
" No Public showing of affection "( hand holding, embracing, etc.), placing hands in pockets, smoking, eating and or drinking alcoholic beverages.
When to wear the uniform
The instructors will designate a standard "uniform day" for the inspection grade, normally Wednesday ("A" Day Periods 1/3/5/7) and thursday ("B" Day Periods 2/4/6/8) .
